Cook out at Sue & Cliff's
- 978-462-7473 Just in case you get lost
PRESIDENT'S REPORT Hi Everyone Last month we met at Mary's and made cool ties we had a great turn out. Thanks Mary for opening your home and sending us home with a cool product to help beat the summer heat. I received a call from Sue she has canceled the Toys for Tots show on Friday August 3rd. It is important to let the Boss Clown know if you are planning on doing an event like this. I believe it was canceled because we did not have enough sign ups. Yet in spreading the word we had a lot of us disappointed in not doing the show. So please if you plan to do an event please call and let the Boss Clown know. Second if you sign up for an event it is also important to show up to that event we count on you as you volunteer. Next meeting will be at Sue's house for our annual cookout. Please bring what you would like to have on the grill. The club will provide the rest. Thanks John " TRIXX

SECRETARY'S REPORT
Meeting was help at my home. Meeting began at 5:45PM Treasury Report - We have some money Secretary Report- As read in newsletter Old Business- Old home day Plaistow N.H. Pam, and Paul was able to do this event. We will not receive full donation to the club since we did not have volunteers as requested. TOTS FOR TOTS- August 3rd has been canceled not enough volunteers Web site- Tim has updated the web site. John will be working with him as to what should and should not be on the site. We agreed not to sponsor any company or anyone unless approved by the club. New Business- John's company may be requesting clowns to twist at different Diabetes events this will be for volunteering and tips only. Call John if you may be interested in doing these events as they come along. We will be working with Tim on creating a spread sheet to be placed on the web site for company's and charities that may wish our services. This page will let them fill out what they are looking for and we will be able to let them know on how many volunteers we may have if a charity or if it would be a paid gig sent out to the club. Sunshine- Hap we think of you often. Show and Tell - John performed his coin magic to Carol-Ann with everyone in amazement. He was asked to do a lecture on this with alley 54 as a club swap. In case you don't know a club swap is when one of our members goes to another club to do a lecture in return they send a member to our club to do something of our interest. I did one last year on the caring clown with the granite state in return Sandy came to our club and that is when we had the story book face painting. Mary showed us a new pump she uses to keep cool in the summer heat. As well a her sock puppet she made at clown camp. Till then take care |
