PRESIDENT'S REPORT
Hi, everyone I can’t believe
it’s already May and heading towards June. I want to thank
everyone one that attended our auction. We had a big turnout and
many wonderful things were auctioned off. I would like to thank
“J” for handling the bidding. I would like say that I am glad
to have seen so many people at the meetings this year at every
meeting there hasn’t been less then 10 people and at some up to
15 members. Those that haven’t been able to show up we miss you
all and hope to see you at the future meetings. Don’t forget our
next meeting will be about walk around and parade props. I will be
sharing some of my walk around effects that have done for many
years and they have proven themselves, some don’t relate to
traditional clowning but they are very affective. I hope to see
all of you at our next meeting on June 4th and I can’t wait to
see what I can learn from all of you. I want to thank everyone for
your support and advice that you have given me while I am your
president and for your patience when I make mistakes.

SECRETARY'S REPORT
Meeting opened at 7:15 on May 7th
This months meeting we had and
Auction that was well attended. I know I went home with as much
stuff as I came with maybe not the same stuff but just as much. Paul
came with some things of Marie's he will be bringing some things
back since time did not let him show or Auction all the
things. So please bring some extra cash at the next couple of
meetings there was some really great buys.
Secretary Report-Motioned as
written in newsletter
Treasury Report - Will tallied and
given at next meeting. Digital Productions will be paid in full
for web-site for 2007,2008.
Old Business- MS Walk at Harvard
University (volunteers were Trixx, Lollipop and Tilly Lilly)
Plaistow
N. H. Old home day June 30 th Please see Lollipop volunteers are needed this is walk around and
will be a alley event a donation will be made to the club. The web
site is still in need of updating. John is working will Tim to get
this done as soon as possible. We have had a few people that
have expressed interest in helping out to get the site updated.
Janice is still working with the Hospice Home we will be doing
a Clown Carnival to help raise money to break ground for a new
facility. Dates have not yet been confirmed.
Our annual Toys for Tots show will
go off on Friday August 3 rd at the Bellevue Church in
Newburyport if you are able to volunteer for the show please let Sue
know. We will also be having our annual Cookout at Sue's house on August
5th.
New Business- February 2008 Twist
and Shout will be at the Burlington Marriott.
Show and Tell- Alley-Oop showed
off some new pictures he had done at Wal-Mart. Our guest Glenna
Thompson (Daisy) talked about her medals won at the COAI convention.
Sunshine-Charlie Sable is doing
well considering what he has been going through. Also another friend
of the alley Tony Mucchi (UNO) has been going through some tough
times. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers for a full
recovery.

Clowns joined us for our Auction.

new business and membership cards.
