PRESIDENT'S
REPORT Hello to all. I hope this spring and summer will be great for everyone. Well this is yet another president's report and as you will see by the secretary's report there are a great many things happening. First I would like to thank Charlie Fogarty for his balloon workshop. This workshop was on weaving an Easter basket. We all had a great time making or trying to make the baskets. If you all have not checked the web site maybe you should. Tim is working very hard at updating the site and creating some new wonderful ideas. At our next meeting we will be having an auction. You can bring magic, props, costume accessories or just clown stuff you don't use anymore to auction off. Come all and bring plenty of cash. You might walk out with that one item you always wanted. SECRETARY'S REPORT
Meeting held at Bangell School Groveland Ma. Meeting was called to order at 7:20pm Guest lecture was Charlie Foggarty we learned how to make balloon Easter baskets. Thanks go out to Charlie as well as Eric and Rie that gave away some new samples of balloons and the newest balloon magic book. Treasure report-We have money report done at meeting. Secretary report-Pam went over secretary report at meeting was not written in last months newsletter. Old Business - Web site-There was a board meeting that was held and the following will be changed on web site to make it easier to download for those of us out there with dial up. As well as make it friendlier for those wishing to get info on our club. The following will be changed. Photo of the month will be deleted. Newsletters will be archived only last 6 months will be listed. Music to be deleted on all pages other than home page and that will have only royalty free music. Event page - will have picture of those participating in event will photo's of event around it. Charity page - Will have charity listed and pictures done same as event. Members page- will have picture of each member in character/characters and Bio of yourself. Multiply Sclerosis Walk-Boss clown Trixx April 29th Harvard Univ 10:30 - 1:00 this is a volunteer event not an alley event anyone interested please call John for more info they are looking for walk around, balloons, face painters. Old Town Day- Boss clown Lollipop June 30th Plastow N. H. 9:00 - 1:00 This is an Alley Event we are receiving a donation for this Event. Please contact Pam if interested. Cori Check- We have received a case number we are still waiting for the appointment to have the club become certified. Mooseburger clown camp- Has been canceled Pioneer Valley Clowns- Springfield Ma Convention July 26th-29th New Business- Please if you do not have a Bio written for your character please e-mail it to Tim or John so that the web site can be updated. Sunshine- Janet W.(Sonshine) has thrown out her back. Jon ("J") Has had laser surgery on kidney stones. Walter (Hap) has been walking better and has been in touch with June, and Eric. B. B. and his wife was at the spring in the clowns convention they are doing well. B. B.'s wife has been diagnosed with cancer and is receiving treatment. Show and tell- Pam and Mary both received scholarships for clown camp they plan to attend the Lacrosse University WI. Meeting ended 7:45
