 Thanks Joe for letting us in, in the middle of renovations

PRESIDENT'S REPORT: Hello to everyone before I begin I wish to thank all that came to our last meeting. We had a great turn out. I also want to thank Joe for opening up his home for our meeting even though he himself has a lot of work to do, Thank you Joe. Our next meeting will be held at Diamond's magic by the show of hands at our last meeting there should be about 10 of us going. I hope to see others.

Now to business the nominations for office are as follows,

Everything else is in the secretaries report. Also I haven't forgotten the copies of the toys for tots for 'J' and ' Hugs and Kisses' If I don't see you at the meeting on Monday I will mail them to you. Hope to see everyone on Monday.

SECRETARY'S REPORT: Meeting open 7:15
October Secretaries Report: accepted as written
Old Business: Found Banners and Pins from when we did fundraisers for SIDS.
Will have the Plaques updated
Cori checks has been tabled to another meeting. Question was do we continue with the follow up,
have it for a goal for the near future or change the by-laws.
Updated the membership list, this was done on 10/19
Updated the bank statement,
Copies of the by-laws can be found on the website.
Janet and Gordon have the Badge Machine (cutter does not work) and the canopy.
Looking into doing a Fundraiser for Hospice, looking into more info tabled till next month
New Business:
Amesbury Christmas Parade, Dec 6th, a donation will be made to the alley.
Pay full year of digital production
We had a guest, a friend of Janet, Michelle.
